Shipping

Once your order is picked up by UPS or USPS, it may take 1-2 days for the tracking to update depending on when it is scanned. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS may be delayed a few days due to COVID-19. 

Sample Products are shipped by first class USPS, without tracking information. Shipment may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

*We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at Support@ClariGenZ.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

 

However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30 day unused and unopened product warranty & return policy.   Simply print your original email and ship the product with tracking back to the address in that email. Please also forward the  purchase email to Support@ClariGenZ.com along with the tracking information so we can credit your account for the original product and shipping.

 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of your receipt of purchase.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@ClariGenZ.com
